About Lets...

LETS was created around an already very successful estate agency in the area of Bournemouth, the company, Roberts. LETS being the letting arm of the business. The idea was to support the sales department. Between 1995 through to present day the letting department grew so quickly that it now returns over eighty percent of the overall company’s turnover. Thanks to nearby Bournemouth University; the student letting soon became a dominant force in the town. Much of the success was driven by an in-house developed cutting edge software package.

LETS is in its final stages of being available as a franchise opportunity. The product will not only be affordable but also available on very favourable terms.

This product best suits two types of customers. The first being estate agency operators who haven’t already got a letting department, or who have, but are finding, for whatever reason, a need for support from operators who have the knowledge. The second type of customer would be someone looking to set up both an estate and letting agency at the same time.

As a market leader, LETS can now prove turnovers yearly in excess of one million pounds, with pre tax profits in excess of 20 percent, even today where the country is suffering economic problems.
