Sheridan Property Auctioneers is being formed in 2008 because of economic problems in the U.K. The Partners, who are already shareholders in both estate agency and property development companies, recognised immediately the need for a process where vendors, from whatever source, could sell their properties where best value would be achieved on a fixed date.

This opportunity is available to everyone, whether private client or other selling sources such as estate agencies. The company’s formation is in the final stages of completion.
